How to create a habit
Click "New habit" in your dashboard to create a new habit.
How to track a habit
You can log a check-in for a habit in your dashboard by clicking a day on the graph, but most users use X/Twitter and track their habits by tweeting. Just tweet updates and include @HabitGraph anywhere in the post to track a habit. Follow us to make tagging us easy!
In the future we plan to support more social networks for tracking habits, so if you have any requests just let us know.
If you have multiple habits you can also track multiple habits in the same tweet.
How to missing or past habit check-ins
Click any day on your habit graph to add a missed check-in. You can also use the 'Add missed tweet' link to add a past tweet that wasn't tracked.
See your progress over time
As you log your habits over time our AI will track your progress for you!
